Do you want to be a leader in a changing and evolving market with new business opportunities?
Sales in Sweden has an annual turnover of 140 MSEK. As Sales Manager, you have the overall responsibility to lead, develop and meet targets with your team of a total of 7 persons.
With the investment of the new factory in Kristianstad, there will be new business opportunities. But also, the plans to invest in new production lines in complementary product areas such as light packaging. Sales are divided into two main business areas; Envelope and Light Packaging Solutions, the latter part in two main focus areas; e-logistics/industry and retail.
As a new Sales Manager one is expected to have a visible leadership and lead by examples to find new business opportunities especially in the light packaging area. A clear vision of the future business and a solid strategy to build on is required.
We think it would be good if you have an academic degree in marketing or equivalent competence and experience. We also want you to have a couple years’ experience from sales management with own budget responsibility. It is on the plus side if you have experience of sales both direct to endusers and sales through wholesaler. You should have proven good leadership experience in a management position. We expect you to be proactive and to have a confident leadership with a strong drive to find new business opportunities.
Since this is a European organization, you must be fluent in English. The companies’ office is in Kristianstad. As Sales Manager Sweden you report to the Nordic Sales Director.
